Certification

To help you develop a firm grasp of how the BASE® products can help increase your production, we have developed the Agent Toolbox Certification program. Each product has its own section with a few chapters that are followed by quizzes. Upon completion of all sections, you will receive a certificate acknowledging your mastery of the BASE® products.

While we don’t expect you to be an expert on BASE® products, becoming certified is an essential component to your continued success as a HealthMarkets field service representative.
